Basic Rider System Courses

New and experienced riders welcome!

We offer instruction to new and experienced motorcycle and scooter riders. Iron Pony Riding Academy offers the Basic Rider System. The Basic Rider System focuses on familiarization of motorcycles/scooters, and the essentials of their safe operation. Passing the Basic Rider System (BRS) course at IP-RA earns the student a waiver for the skills test required for a motorcycle license by the BMV. By completing a safety course through the Iron Pony Riding Academy, students may also qualify for discounted insurance rates with various carriers.
